I do, however, offer a stand alone '1 hour total life appraisal' to give you a head start or if you have lots of questions you would like answering.

After having a discovery call, we have decided that we are a good fit in working together, the next step is the initial consultation.
Prior to our meeting online, I will send you a detailed health questionnaire to complete and send back, this includes a 7 day food diary. There are no right or wrong answers or judgement, the more accurate and detailed, the more helpful and effective the support.
The consultation will last around 90 mins where we will have an opportunity to discuss your goals, health concerns and symptoms with an in depth look at health history, family history, current conditions, medications and current lifestyle and diet. It is an opportunity for you to tell your story.
I will then consider all the information gathered to build a picture and make an assessment, possibly recommend testing and create your bespoke plan. I will email the plan to you within 1 week, this will include my recommendations for any dietary changes, supplements or lifestyle adaptations.
We will agree a time and date for our next appointment the following week.

Follow up appointments can be online or by phone and last between 30 minutes.
Ideally, they are weekly after the initial consultation to give support, coaching and guidance to enable behaviour change. If you are on a longer program, towards the end the sessions may be more spread out.
The session is an opportunity to check in, ask questions and set a goal for the following week.
To get to the root cause of a health issues it can be helpful to carry out some additional testing.
This enables accurate assessment to pinpoint and understand underlying imbalances or weaknesses.
Testing will only be advised if it is thought to be beneficial and is only a recommendation that will be discussed and agreed upon together.
All testing is done at an additional charge.
