But what is a Spanner? Not what you think. This is a term used for someone who is taking action to increase their Healthspan and Life span. To life with energy, vitality, health and wellbeing for as long as possible.

The beacons are the grounding on which health is built and is a starting point for anyone wanting to understand and improve and extend their health, wellbeing and life!

This course takes you through the fundamentals that need to be in place in the way of diet, movement and lifestyle.
It will then go on to touch on the next steps that can be taken to be a Super Spanner!

I have been supporting woman with their health and wellbeing for over 30 years giving me plenty of knowledge and experience as to what really helps and makes a difference. I use many different therapies from nutrition and hypnotherapy to aromatherapy and massage, along with the latest cutting edge science techniques, testing and tools.
